How to make Mango Pickle?
Mango pickle is a very favorite South Indian recipe.
And why is it South India, people of the country and abroad also like it very much.
If we want, we can store it for 1 year.
There are many ways to make it. But I have told here in a very hopeful way.
Which you can also make it in 2-3 hours. And store it for 15 days.
You must be thinking that I had said to store for a year. So yes, we can store the pickle
for one year but for that we take a little more oil and it takes a little time to make it too.
We make it mostly during summer. It is made from raw mangoes.
It is also called Carrie Pickle by many.
Do not cut too much of the mangoes.
If the mango is not too sour then add a little less salt.
Fry all the torches on low heat.
After putting the masala, keep it in the sun for a while.

Material
Raw mango: 1 (100 grams)
Water: 2 cups
Salt: 1/4 cup
Methi (fungreek): 1/4 tbsp
Cumin: 3 teaspoons
Mustard seed: 8 teaspoons
Asafoetida (Asafoetida): 1/4 tbsp
Turmeric powder: 1/2 tbsp
Oil: 50 grams
Red chilli: 20-25

First cut small pieces of mango. Then place the pan on the gas and add water to it.
Then add salt to it and heat the water for 2 minutes.Then pour the water in the mango pieces and
leave the mango covered for half an hour.By then we will prepare the torches. For that, fry cumin and
fenugreek in a pan on low heat.Then pour it out and now add the mustard and heat it too, then add
asafetida to it and take it out after roasting for a while.
After that put all the roasted torches in the jar and grind it by adding a little turmeric in it.
Our powder is ready here.

Now again place the same pan on the gas and add ghee to it.

Then add 15-20 red chillies or capsicum and roast them on low heat.
Then make it powder too.
And now put all the torches in the mango pieces.
