 Mint sauce (Pudina Chutney) recipe is an easy Mint sauce (Pudina Chutney) recipe that can be made from only a few ingredients that are easily available in your kitchen. Mint and raw mango sauce enhances the taste of any meal in summer.

Sauce (Chutney) is as great to see, it is equally wonderful to eat. Chaat, pakoras, stuffed parathas are eaten with how many dishes. Green chutney can be enjoyed in all types of weather.

Raw mangoes are rich in vitamin C and if the mint reaches cold, then this chutney is not only delicious but also good for health.

                 Material


  • For 1 ½ cup Sauce (Chutney)
  • Mint leaves 50 g / 2 cup
  • Coriander leaves 1 cup
  • Peel off and chopped raw mango pieces, 1 cup
  • Green Chillies 2-4
  • Salt ½ tsp

                 Recipe 

Remove the thick stems of coriander, wash it well and cut it thickly. 
Remove the stem of mint (Pudina)and wash the leaves well.
Remove the stem of green chili and wash it thoroughly.

Finely grind coriander leaves, mint (Pudina) leaves, raw mango pieces, and green chillies in a grinder, if necessary, add a little water.
Now add salt and grind it again for a few seconds.

Mint sauce (Pudina Chutney) is ready to serve
