- For 1 ½ cup Sauce (Chutney)
- Mint leaves 50 g / 2 cup
- Coriander leaves 1 cup
- Peel off and chopped raw mango pieces, 1 cup
- Green Chillies 2-4
- Salt ½ tsp

Remove the thick stems of coriander, wash it well and cut it thickly.
Remove the stem of mint (Pudina)and wash the leaves well.
Remove the stem of green chili and wash it thoroughly.
Finely grind coriander leaves, mint (Pudina) leaves, raw mango pieces, and green chillies in a grinder, if necessary, add a little water.
Now add salt and grind it again for a few seconds.
